Harvested at the right degree of ripeness, the tomatoes are processed within 24 hours thus preserving the flavours, aromas and nutritional properties of fresh tomatoes.
Selected by expert hands, they are passed through a very fine mesh sieve that makes it possible to eliminate seeds and traces of peel.
Pasteurisation after bottling makes it possible to keep the organoleptic properties of the fresh product unaltered.
