The 100% Italian Tomato Pulp is obtained from selected, chopped tomatoes. Its versatility makes it a valid ally in the kitchen.
Rustic Tomato Pulp is consistent and coarse-grained, due to the peculiarity of the processing, and is obtained from selected tomatoes, grown and processed in Italy within a few hours of harvesting. Once blanched and peeled, the tomato passes through the large-hole-pulp machine, so that the pulp obtained, thanks in part to the presence of some of the seeds and skins, has the “rustic” aspect of the homemade purée. The rustic pulp is packaged in 690 g glass bottles, a quantity calibrated for a family of 4 people. If it is not all consumed, it can be kept in the fridge for a few days. The heat treatment of pasteurization means that the product can be kept longer,retaining the typical aroma of past times.
