All of the Granoro Tomato Preserves, from Peeled tomatoes to Cherry Tomatoes, from Tomato Purée to Rustic Pulp, are obtained from tomatoes grown in Italy, carefully selected and processed within a few hours of harvesting. They preserve the aroma and flavour of fresh tomatoes and the simplicity and genuineness of homemade preserves.

Granoro tomato purée is produced with fresh tomatoes grown and processed in Italy, carefully selected and processed within a few hours of harvesting. After harvesting, the fresh tomatoes are chopped and blanched to inactivate the enzymes and prevent product degradation. The tomatoes then pass into the pulping machines which remove the seeds and skins. Granoro Purée is creamy and velvety, has a very low water content (for this reason its density is 8-9° brix) which makes it dense and high yielding, and has a high natural sugar content. A genuine product, which preserves the aroma and flavor of fresh tomatoes, like home-prepared purées. The Granoro Purée is packaged in 690 g glass bottles,the calibrated quantity for the average consumption of a family of 4 people. If it is not all consumed, it can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
