Description

From an ancient Apulian recipe, one of the specialties made only with durum wheat and toasted wheat from Puglia. The 100% Puglia toasted wheat is obtained by gently toasting durum wheat grains: in this way, we create two typical Apulian shapes that will offer you an absolutely authentic aroma and flavor.
