On January 29, 2025, Granoro adopted an organizational, management, and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as a Code of Ethics (see documents published on this site).

Our company believes that this adoption represents a valuable tool for raising awareness among everyone working with us, as well as all other parties connected with us (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.), with the aim of identifying additional aspects of transparency and irreproachability in the conduct of our business activities.

The Company has, for this purpose, appointed a Collegiate Supervisory Body composed of the following professionals: Attorney Rossana Vitone, President, and Dr. Beniamino di Cagno and Dr. Michelangelo Pascale, external members endowed with independent powers of initiative and oversight. They are tasked with ensuring the proper observance of the principles contained in the Organizational Model and the Code of Ethics.
