The Products
100% Apulia
The Dedicated project for the cereal supply chain is a virtuous model that Granoro has expanded to other typically Apulian productions.
In fact, the choice to work and produce within a supply chain not only certifies the origin and provenance of the food, but also brings benefits to all stakeholders, generates value, and transfers that value to the work and its results.
After each harvest, by producing within a supply chain, there is renewed confidence in cultivating the fields and working with quality, with the certainty that the fruits of one’s labor will be purchased at a fair value by our Pasta Factory, with which a cultivation agreement has been established.
This is the foundation and the heart of the Granoro Dedicato supply chain contract.
Granoro-Dedicated
The fully Apulian supply chain pasta, from field to table.
Granoro Dedicato
Pasta from a fully Apulian supply chain, from field to table.

“Dedicated to our land” was born from Granoro’s desire to enhance agricultural products grown in Puglia, with the aim of supporting and strengthening Apulian agriculture.
The connection between farmers, industry, and consumers is built on values such as respect for the environment, preservation of tradition, and support for the local area.
A genuine dialogue that finds its highest expression in the Granoro 100% Puglia line, “Dedicated to our land”, which also includes the Whole Wheat, Egg, Specialties, and Premium Specialties lines.
Granoro Dedicato is a transparent journey, fully traceable through DNV’s MyStory, which has developed a cooperative network made up of the pasta factory, 340 farms, two milling companies, and two storage cooperatives.
Two-Minute Spaghetti
Quick cooking, authentic taste

The secret of Dedicato “Two-Minute” Spaghetti lies in the quality of the semolina, made exclusively from high-quality durum wheat grown in Puglia, and in the use of an innovative die, designed and patented by Granoro, which gives the pasta a completely unique shape.
The patented die allows for the risottatura of the Spaghetti — a cooking technique often used in restaurants, as it enables the pasta to absorb the sauce while finishing in the pan with a few ladles of cooking water.
How to Cook Granoro“Due Minuti” Dedicato –
Granoro “Two-Minute” Spaghetti can be cooked like any other pasta shape in salted boiling water, or using the risottatura method. For this preparation, the amount of main sauce used should be almost double the quantity of spaghetti. It is recommended to dilute the sauce with water to allow the pasta to cook directly in the pan together with the chosen seasoning.
100% Apulian tomato preserves

Cultivated with passion and experience
Our tomatoes are grown by Apulian farmers who passionately work the land and produce intense red fruit ripened in the warm sun of Puglia.
Who transforms them
The tomatoes, once they reach the perfect stage of ripeness, are processed within 24 hours of harvesting at our facilities in Foggia and Cerignola. Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of our partners, we are able to preserve the aroma and nutritional properties of fresh tomatoes.

We use ONLY tomatoes grown in Puglia, in the areas between Lesina and the southern Tavoliere, including the countryside of Cerignola, Orta Nova, and Stornara, up to the borders of nearby Basilicata.
Our tomatoes are grown in Puglia by our farmers with passion and experience. Their deep red color comes from ripening under the warm Apulian sun.
